Decree No. 766, 14 April 2026 - Approval of Auction Documentation
DECREES:
To approve the auction documentation for the electronic auction for the right to conclude a lease agreement for immovable property owned by the Municipal Formation of the City District of Mariupol of the Donetsk People's Republic (attached).
To designate as the electronic platform for conducting electronic tenders for the right to conclude lease agreements, gratuitous use agreements, trust management agreements, and other agreements involving the transfer of rights in respect of municipal treasury property of the City District of Mariupol - LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "RTS-TENDER."
The Documentation Support and Control Department shall place this Decree on the official website (https://mariupol.gosuslugi.ru).
This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
