Auction Decree No. 722, 6 April 2026 - Key Operative Clauses
DECREES:
To conduct an electronic auction for the right to conclude a lease agreement for immovable property owned by the Municipal Formation of the City District of Mariupol of the Donetsk People's Republic, open as to participant composition and form of price submission (hereinafter - the Auction), in accordance with Appendix 1 to this Decree.
To set the initial (minimum) price of the immovable property lease agreement (lot price) as the amount of the annual payment for the right to use the immovable property (excluding VAT, land plot charges, communal and operational services), determined in accordance with the valuation report, for each lot separately.
To set the increment of the initial minimum price ("auction step") at 5 percent of the initial minimum lease price of the object.
To set the deposit amount at 20 percent of the initial (minimum) lease price of the object.
To instruct LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "KALMIUS" (INN 9311026463) to act as organiser of the Auction.
The Property and Land Relations Department of the Administration of the City District of Mariupol shall notify LLC "Kalmius" of the adopted Decree and forward market valuation reports and other necessary documentation for organising and conducting the Auction.
LLC "Kalmius" shall conduct the Auction in accordance with this Decree and applicable legislation.
The Documentation Support and Control Department shall place this Decree on the official website (https://mariupol.gosuslugi.ru).
This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
Supervision of implementation shall be assigned to Deputy Head of Administration Yaremchuk I.I.
