For the purpose of carrying out capital repairs of residential premises damaged as a result of military operations, to meet citizens' housing needs, in accordance with the Budget Code of the Russian Federation; Federal Law No. 131-FZ of 06.10.2003; Federal Law No. 33-FZ of 20.03.2025; Government of the Russian Federation Decree No. 2377 of 22.12.2022 "On the Specifics of Drafting, Reviewing, and Approving Budget Projects of the Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, and Kherson Oblast"; Decree of the Administration of the City District of Mariupol No. 829 of 17.12.2024 "On Approval of the Procedure for Use of Reserve Fund Budget Appropriations of the Administration of the City District of Mariupol of the Donetsk People's Republic and on Establishment of a Commission on Matters of Allocating Funds from the Reserve Fund"; and guided by the Charter and Regulation on the Administration of the City District of Mariupol -

DECREES:
To amend the Municipal Programme "Repair of Damaged Housing of Citizens Who Have Received Social Support Measures for the Purpose of Carrying Out Capital Repairs of Residential Premises in an Amount Insufficient to Carry Out Such Repairs Due to Significant Housing Damage, on Co-Financing Conditions at the Expense of the District Budget," approved by Decree of the Administration of the City District of Mariupol No. 213 of 26.02.2026, by setting out Appendices 6 and 7 in a new edition (attached).
The Information Technology Department (Khizhniak A.Yu.) shall publish this Decree in the State Information System of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Donetsk People's Republic (https://gisnpa-DPR.ru).
The Documentation Support and Control Department shall place this Decree on the official website (https://mariupol.gosuslugi.ru).
This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its official publication.
Supervision of implementation shall be assigned to Deputy Head of Administration Kalacheva V.V.
