The Sanagro link suggests grain trade routing through the port network; the RosKapStroy cluster indicates post-capture reconstruction financing structures. Adriamediteran Ltd represents documented international commercial exposure. Marat Khusnullin is designated on the NACP Ukraine sanctions register (also EU, US, and UK listed).
