The Sanagro link suggests grain trade routing through the port network; the RosKapStroy cluster indicates post-capture reconstruction financing structures. Adriamediteran Ltd represents documented international commercial exposure. Marat Khusnullin is designated on the NACP Ukraine sanctions register (also EU, US, and UK listed).   1. Nika LLC exported over 54,000 tonnes of wheat from occupied Mariupol to Turkey across 2023-2024; compliance declarations list production sites in occupied Mariupol.
